01Raw Materials
Plant-based soybean residue (tofu by-product) serves as the primary raw material for tofu cat litter production. Natural binders like corn starch or guar gum may be added to enhance clumping.

02Process
The production process of tofu cat litter firstly mixes soybean residue with water and natural binder to form a uniform dough-like material, which is then extruded into cylindrical or irregular particles through a granulator, dried in a high-temperature oven so that the humidity is reduced to less than 10% and sterilized, and then cooled down to remove fines through vibrating sieve and sieve out the uniform particles of 2-4 millimeters, and then finally packaged in vacuum moisture-proof packaging to maintain the dryness and freshness of the product.
